A 13 week body transformation programme designed to take the results you achieve on The Challenge to the next level.

The programme begins by helping you establish new goals following your 6 week challenge before applying the most effective training sessions and nutrition plans best suited to you.

You get everything you need to succeed - a nutrition and lifestyle coach, a team of fitness experts, sophisticated body composition analysis technology + fully integrated tracking app and access to a comprehensive members only portal.

At the end of your 13 weeks you review, feedback and set new goals with your Coach before beginning your next 13 week cycle. All to help you live your life in the body you want.

High Intensity Interval Training. Total cardiovascular exercise alternating between short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Ideal for newbies, gym pros or anyone in between. You never quite know what you’re going to get.

RIDE

Not just your average spin class. RIDE is an immersive, high energy and motivational journey, leaving you feeling energised and high on endorphins.

RIIT

RIDE meets HIIT. An amalgamation of hard high intensity work on and off the bike. Getting the best of both worlds.

PLYO

A high energy fusion of bounce, combat and intense core moves tailored to a nostalgic mix of old skool and euphoric dance anthems. Expect a seriously sweaty workout that is not for the faint hearted!

RAVE

CROSSHIIT

FITISM’s take on the CrossFit branded fitness regime. A hard core high intensity strength and conditioning workout to add to your fitness regime. Improve your agility, flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness.

JAB

Punch, elbow, knee and kick the Monday blues away in our JAB class. It is the ultimate battle between you, the pads and the bag.

BUILD

BUILD workouts are delivered by our personal training team in small groups - never will there be more than five other people in your group.

To make significant, long term changes to your body shape a combination of goal setting, lifestyle coaching and nutrition can't be ignored.

The 360 service gives you 1:1 coaching with our in-house Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, access to the private transformation members portal and regular body composition scans using our In-Body scanners + integrated tracking app.

FITISM is not your average gym. We have one primary goal and that is to help you live your life in the body you want. That starts with a 6 week challenge to help you drop body fat quickly. After which you move on to 13 week body transformation cycles where goals are set, a plan is put in place and you receive all the support you could ever need to make it happen. We have assembled a team of fitness, accountability and nutrition experts to hold your hand every step of the way making long term body transformation truly possible.
