At FITISM Bakewell, the FITISM Method is delivered through supportive small group coaching, underpinned by carefully structured 13-week training blocks. Each block is broken into clear phases that progress your strength and fitness in a considered, feel-good way so the science works without you needing to think about it.

The FITISM Bakewell coaching team brings together decades of experience delivering high-quality, small group personal training. Collectively, the team has over 40 years of gym floor experience, supported by formal qualifications including Sport and Exercise Science (BSc) and Registered Nutrition (MSc).
More importantly, they’ve helped thousands of members build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that fits real life. With a depth of knowledge that’s hard to match and a genuine focus on people, the Bakewell team delivers expert coaching with care, clarity, and support so fitness becomes something you stick with, not struggle through.
