At FITISM Somerford, the FITISM Method combines structured 13-week training blocks with supportive, small group coaching. Sessions follow well-thought-out phases that build strength, fitness and confidence steadily all delivered in a way that feels enjoyable, manageable, and sustainable.

The FITISM Somerford coaching team brings together a highly experienced group of coaches delivering small group personal training with care and intention. Backed by strong foundations in Sport and Exercise Science and years of gym floor experience, the team focuses on helping members train well and feel confident.They’ve supported members from Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and surrounding areas to build strength, consistency, and long-term fitness through thoughtful coaching and a supportive training environment, so fitness becomes part of life, not a short-term fix.

Designed as a calm, supportive introduction, it allows you to experience our feel-good approach to small group personal training first-hand.Across six weeks, you’ll get to know the coaches, the training, and the culture, giving you confidence that FITISM is the right place to build long-term fitness, not just start another short-term plan.
