How to accelerate fat loss and getting what you want
To significantly change the way you look will probably need a significant change to your approach.
Decide who you want to be and act to become that person.
Before you commit to new actions make sure you choose the right ones.
New actions will require planning and perseverance at first.
Over time these actions will become your identify and your body shape will reflect these actions.
Body transformation is a game you can’t win but one you must enjoy in order to keep playing.
Play to win and you will eventually lose.
Enjoy how you play and you’ll stay in the game.
