Want to lose weight or drop body fat? If so we highly recommend you kick start that process with a 6 Week Challenge.

The Challenge is designed to help you lose up to 10kg of body weight or up to 6% body fat.

Work 1:1 with our Nutritionist, get support from a personal Accountability Coach and train three times per week with our personal trainers.

Will it be hard?
A.

Each of our exercise sessions (BURN & BUILDs) are programmed with scale in mind. We have options in each session for the first timer through to the experienced gym goer.

Q.
Will I be the most unfit person in the gym?
A.

We have a huge range of fitness abilities and ages in the gym. Many people that start are new to the gym and start from a very low level of fitness.

How much does it cost?
A.

BURN sessions on a membership start at £6. BUILD sessions on a membership start at £16 and our 360 service on a membership is £6 per week.

Q.
Can I pay as I go?
A.

Yes you can buy single sessions or packs of 10. Just download the FITISM app and all single sessions and packs can be bought through there.

Q.
Will I be tied into a 12 month membership contract?
A.

No. All our memberships are flexible. After the first three months we only require 1 months notice to cancel.

Q.
What's the benefit of a membership over pay as I go?
A.

Every FITISM session is cheaper on a membership. You can also reserve regular training times. So if you run a busy diary and need to schedule specific exercise times each week, a membership would be a better option for you.
