Why faking it before you make it is an essential approach to a lean, fit, healthy body
Weight loss is not something you get. It’s a reflection of the person you are.
The person that is lean, fit and healthy did not win, buy or get given a lean, fit, healthy body.
They exist as this person because they are this person.
You are the product of the things you repeatedly do.
Start doing the things to become the person you want to be.
Don’t aspire to lose weight.
Instead adopt the characteristics to create the identity of the person you want to be.
The tighter you hold onto your current identify the harder it will be for your body to change.
“What daily traits are preventing you from becoming the person you want to be?”
“Are you prepared to say goodbye to those traits?”
“If not you will stay the same which is okay as long as you are emotionally okay with that?”
