How We Plan Your Training
Gain a better understanding of how we structure your training here at FITISM
You've all noticed the TV screens by now right? If you haven't i'm sure you've heard me talking on instagram or read a blog about them.
Well you've come to the last week in your training block, and a new training block starts next week.
To give you a bit of perspective your training programme is the master plan and this is how we break it down;
a. The master plan we split into 13 week cycles
b. The 13 week cycles we split it into blocks
c. The blocks we split it into weeks
d. The weeks we split into your training days that you see on the screen and do in the gym.
Well we're a few steps down the line whether you realise it or not. block 1 is nearly done and block 2 is just around the corner. As we enter block 2 we now build on all the hard work you've already done and use this foundation to catapult us forward.
