Kicking off Wednesday 14th September we will launch our four week RESET course.

The whole aim... to get you back into some good training and eating habits and help you work towards a goal.

It’s simple, you choose your goal:Fat loss OR Muscle gain

We’ll then help you structure a simple training and nutrition plan, and hold you accountable to help you achieve that goal over the four weeks.

WEDNESDAY 14TH LAUNCH SESSION
Initial InBody scan - Nutrition plan introduction - four week goal setting. Early morning launch / evening launch

MID POINT MEASURE
Check how you’re progressing with a mid-point measure and accountability check in with Layla

FINAL MEASURE
End of the four week measure and check in - see how you’ve done and if you’ve achieved your goal

FIVE WEDNESDAY BURN CREDITS
To use after your launch/measure on each Wednesday of the course
