BUILD

BUILD workouts are delivered by our personal training team in small groups - never will there be more than five other people in your group.

FITISM is not your average gym and neither are our memberships. We have one primary goal and that is to help you live your life in the body you want. That starts with a 6 week challenge to help you drop body fat quickly. After which you move on to a membership that centres around 13 week body transformation cycles where goals are set, a plan is put in place and you receive all the support you could ever need to make it happen. We have assembled a team of fitness, accountability and nutrition experts to hold your hand every step of the way making long term body transformation truly possible.
