Full-Time: £32k+ | Part-Time: £16k+ | Pension | Paid Holidays

We are looking for an outstanding Coach that can work across each of our three Cheshire gyms; FITISM Knutsford, FITISM Somerford and/or FITISM Wilmslow. We have both part time and full time positions available.

What This Role Is All About

Deliver Exceptional Coaching
You’ll run world-class small-group PT sessions that combine expert programming, personalised coaching, and positive energy.

We believe the best coaches never stop learning. FITISM offers structured CPD throughout the year - the format may evolve (weekly, monthly, quarterly, workshops, deep dives) as the business grows. We’re looking for someone who:
- Wants to continually develop their coaching skills

- Contributes to learning discussions

Desirable:
- Level 3 PT (or equivalent)
- Experience with small-group PT

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time: £32k+ total expected earnings
Part-time: £16k+ total expected earnings
(includes a base salary + 1:1 Commissions)
