The How – Movember Bingo
We’ll be running a bingo card challenge with 10 specific tasks. Complete them all and you’ll be entered into our grand prize draw!
What if I can’t grow a tash?
No problem! We still want you involved. You can:
Encourage a partner, parent, friend, or family member to grow the moustache on your behalf. Complete the other challenges on the bingo card yourself and improvise on the tash (fake ones, painted ones, stick-ons… get creative!)
Every rep, every tash, every bingo square counts — join us and make a real difference this Movember.

How can I take part?
Sign up at FITISM Bakewell and grab your Movember Bingo Card and Movember moustache badge to show your support.Complete the challenges throughout November.Hand in your completed bingo card at the end of the month to be entered into the prize draw.

The Mo Down
Twice during the month we’ll be hosting a MO DOWN. Think a huge, high-energy FITISM HIIT class with the whole crew coming together to sweat, push hard, and celebrate Movember.All participants are asked to attend — it’s about community, effort, and having a laugh (tash or no tash!). Mo Down evenings are Friday 7th and 21st November 18:00 - 19:00.
