HOW IT WORKS

Banter aside, ALPHA is a male only course designed to help you get into shape. It involves training that will help you pack on muscle, drop body fat, increase strength and power.

the challenges

Individual Challenge
ALPHA Queen is an award we give to the strongest, fastest and fittest ALPHA from the pack. To determine this individual each ALPHA completes a series of challenges over the course of the 4 weeks.

Pack Challenge (Wilmslow Only)
The ALPHA Pack bragging rights are awarded to the strongest, fastest and fittest Pack. Every ALPHA is part of their team that we call a Pack. Pack Challenges are released weekly at the Friday Night ALPHA session.

BANTER

Pink Pants

The Pink Pants are a unique and important part of your ALPHA experience. It's our way to help hold our fellow ALPHA brothers accountable to strictly ALPHA behaviour at all times.

Steak / Final Meal

In order to crown the ALPHA KING, the ALPHA in-line for this prestigious award most overcome one final challenge; a steak/food challenge. If an ALPHA falls at this final hurdle the title of ALPHA King is awarded to the next inline (providing they eat their steak). Steak challenge takes place on the final Friday (day 28).

We created the ALPHA concept back in 2015 as a course for guys that value getting in shape but wanted to do so in a lighthearted male oriented environment.

ALPHA is a place where boys can be boys, to get in great shape and have a good laugh doing it! I can't encourage you enough to get involved.

And what's more... Once you've graduated from an ALPHA course it's free for life.
