Having my beautiful daughter Harriet
2. What is your greatest fitness achievement?
Running a 10k just on the hour with no training since, well forever (had to be done to support my brother-in-laws charity)

Because i wanted to support my hubby’s dream and vision and also felt it needed someone to boss people around (mainly Ali who you will hear call me ‘Boss') and get some order around the place.

To find my killer abs under this current post baby padding
5. What part of your body do you hate the most?
6. What part of your body do you love the most?
I would have said my abs before Harriet and some sneaky cookies but now I have to say my neckline. When i get my abs back then that will be my favourite body part again

Matt’s Dad has been making us brekky every morning, whilst on holiday consisting of:
half a glass of greens smoothie

8. What’s your idea of the ultimate cheat meal?
This is a tough one as It changes all the time.
My brother in law Ed and his brother David's ultimate burger!!! I mean, seriously, try and get invited to dinner on a day they make these. Dessert would be Becci’s awesome chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and squidgy on the inside.

Grade 6 in violin and piano. Had a dabble at recorder and guitar but was advised to discontinue those.
10. What’s your most embarrassing moment?
I'm either not easily embarrassed or I've chosen to block out any embarrassing moments. I might revisit this question another time.
11. Why and how did you get into health and fitness?
Being married to a health and fitness geek i thought I’d better get on board. It’s definitely not natural for me to exercise, unlike the family I’ve married in to, however the Kay family inspires me to make health and fitness part of my life and I will continue to and try and work towards exercise being a regular occurrence in my week.
12. What is your favourite exercise?
Can't decide between Ass to grass Back Squats or Pistol squats
13. Who is your fitness role model?
I noticed a lot of our team mention clients as their role models but they truly are our inspiration. So many clients are my role model but 2 in particular that stand out for me are Sue Copestake and Wendy Sterritt who have both achieved so much. Their attitudes to health and fitness are incredible. They just keep their heads down and consistently keep coming in week after week, work damn hard without question and focus on their own goals!
Sarah… The truth in Matt's honest and often correct opinion...
I might be bias but Sarah has some very special and unique talents. Other than putting up with me for the last 17 years she runs a pretty tight ship. Even though she's still currently working on tightening up Ali's holiday allowance she firmly keeps him in check which is by no means an easy process.
One of Sarah's very special characteristics is her natural ability to make every member of the FITISM fam feel welcome and included. Our clients mean everything to Sarah. So much so when I'm beavering away in the office on a Tuesday morning I think she's gone home… What she is actually doing is catching up with all our clients in the food box making sure they are all ok and on track.
Sarah is a core member of our senior team and has played a pivotal role in both making FITISM a very special business and supporting her frustrating husband pursue a dream
