Getting my head around reformer pilates 

What is your greatest life time achievement?
Surviving living in London for 6 months on a small budget and still managing to enjoy myself and go out!

Why do you work for FITISM?
Working for a company than is more like a family and being apart of the start up of the Wilmslow site!

What are your fitness goals right now?
To get my summer bod and to be able to run longer than 5 mins :P

What part of your body do you hate the most?
Arms and belly!

What part of your body do you love the most? 
probably my legs

What did you eat for breakfast this morning?
Smashed avo on toast

What’s your idea of the ultimate cheat meal? 
Any Italian food - I could eat it everyday 

What have you done or achieved that we might not know about?
I was the best girl at high jump and 200m in my school!

What’s your most embarrassing moment?
I'm not going to say!

Why and how did you get into health and fitness?
Playing netball and doing athletics 4 times a week at school definitely got me in the routine of sport 

What is your favourite exercise?
Reformer pilates or a fitness class!

Khloe Kardashian!!
