1. What is your greatest life achievement?
Maybe something philosophical like feeling lucky to realise at a young age that there's more to life than money, material things and mortgages. Life is about so much more.
2. What is your greatest fitness achievement?
Winning a WOW!!
3. Why do you work for FITISM?
Because it encapsulates everything I love. Wellness, food, fitness, a healthy mind, good vibes and positive people who support one another. I feel valued at Fitism and I love being part of it.
4. What are your fitness goals right now?
Fitness goals are really to keep pushing as hard as I can to see how far I can go and what I can achieve. This applies to strength, and skill in terms of becoming a better, more confident mountain biker.
5. What part of your body do you hate the most?
Toes and feet. My toes have been crushed many times by horses and sheep. They are horrible.
6. What part of your body do love the most?
I view my body really as a whole and I don't have a favourite bit. I like the fact I have shape!
7. What did you eat for breakfast this morning?
A legal banana and blueberry muffin made by me :)
8. What’s your idea of the ultimate cheat meal?
Probably Italian food and drink.
Prosecco. Bread, cured meats, pizza, pasta, wine and tirimisu yum yum yum
9. What have you done or achieved that we might not know about?
I'm a bit of a jack of all trades.... Used to be a journalist, started my own little business in video production. Now Farmer, foodie, fitness fanatic, camp site manager and farm shop owner!
10. What’s your most embarrassing moment?
Can't think of any. I don't think I'm easily embarrassed.
11. Why and how did you get into health and fitness?
Iv always been active, living on a farm I have led an outdoors life. Looking after myself and training with more focus has come in the past 5 years. It has given me a healthier mind and helped me to cope with other aspects of my life and deal with stress or anxiety. Healthy food and exercise has given me a good lifestyle which I don't take for granted. I love being fit and looking after myself.
12. What is your favourite exercise?
Favourite exercise is mountain biking. It's outdoors, it takes you to new places. It's a fitness challenge, a skill challenge and a test of how brave you can be!
13. Who is your fitness role model?
Id have to say ET. Her enthusiasm and determination is infectious. She's very encouraging and inspirational. She works bloody hard.
