Why did you decide to join the KICK17 course?
After the long school holidays in the summer I had allowed myself to get out of the routine of going to the gym, along with eating and drinking the wrong things, which caused a weight gain I was unhappy with.
What did you achieve during KICK17?
Firstly my clothes fit again and my energy levels were greatly improved.
How was the overall KICK17 experience for you?
It really helped doing buddy sessions with other people on KICK so you knew other people were in the same boat. I found eating cleanly was not difficult and I wasn’t hungry at all. I opted not to do the juicing as I have done this before and didn’t enjoy the experience.
How did you find the community support at FITISM during KICK17?
A huge support from staff and members alike.
