I decided to do Kick because I have had my greatest success on Kick in the past. I find it is the best way to retrain my body and mind to healthy eating habits and I like the Buddy PTs.
I think these goals were achieved and my skin is looking good and I felt happy and energetic while I did Kick (other than the juicing).
The overall experience was positive although I only completed three workouts during week 2 due to working away. Also I did cheat three times - once due to stress and twice to celebrate my 50th birthday. I am going to try to carry on with the healthy eating habits and increased exercise to try and keep the numbers decreasing.
The community experience is always great at FITISM with all of your programs.
I would encourage anyone to do Kick if they want to reset their bodies to a healthier way of being.
