Team One HIIT Wonders - Apricot energy balls

Makes 14 22g balls 

Ingredients

200g cashew nuts 

100g dired apricots 

1 tablespoon natural honey 

1 tablespoon organic cacao powder 

 

METHOD
  1. Weigh all the ingredients 
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender 
  3. Blitz into a paste 
  4. Roll into 22g balls and refrigerate until eating
