Ultimate Chocolate Pancakes


Chocolate pancakes loaded with clean nutritious ingredients - the perfect lazy weekend brunch or post training fuel

Makes 10 pancakes 
Recipe: 15 - 20 minutes 



1 Banana 
2 Eggs 
1tlbs Flaxmeal
1/2 scoop of your favourite chocolate protein powder
1/4 tsp cacao
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Chocolate Sauce

1/2 banana
2 tsp raw cacao powder 
1 tbsp almond milk - add more if you like your sauce a little thinner 


Put all pancake ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth 

Heat the coconut oil in a non stick pan then add the pancake batter 

Fry the pancakes until the surface batter starts to bubble then flip and cook on until golden brown on both sides 

To make the sauce add all the ingredients into a blender, blitz and drizzle over the pancakes
