The Essential Hangover Smoothie

Hangovers happen, especially over the festive period. Thats why we've put together our Hangover smoothie to get yuo back on track after those big nights out. The blend of antioxidant rich fruits, hydrating coconut water and flax seeds will lift blood sugar levels, restore electrolytes and provide healthy fats. The sharp zing from the cranberries will hopefully wake you up a bit too!


80g blueberries

30g cranberris (use fresh or frozen)

1/2 orange - rind removed

40g banana (frozen works best)

200ml coconut water 

100ml water 

1 tsp flax/linseeds 


Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth (get someone else to do this bit if your hangover can't cope with the noise!)
