Recipes straight from FITISM Kitchen. 

Oats are a great source of soluble fibre and will leave you feeling full all morning. This porridge is also full of antioxidants from red fruits and acai

Serves 2 

Time to make 15 minutes

Ingredients

90g oats 
250ml unsweetened almond milk 
55g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
30g cherries (frozen or fresh)
25g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
15g coconut oil 
1 tsp honey 
1 tsp acai powder 

Top with 
1 tsp chia seeds 
fruit of your choice

METHOD

In a blender mix the fruit, coconut oil, honey, acai and almond milk. Blend until smooth. In a pan add the oats and the liquid from the blender, heat on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the oats are soft. Add more almond milk if you prefer a runnier porridge. 

Serve hot and top with chia seeds and fruits.
