Shake It Baby

First things first thank you so much to everyone who provided us with feedback on the new SHAKE smoothies.

We love hearing what you think about our new ideas and being able to shape a new concept so that it perfectly suits all our clients.

We’ve been fine tuning our concept over the week and want to share the whole process with you. So here goes..

1. MEET THE SHAKES 

We’ve developed 4 shakes to suit a range of different tastes so we hope there is something for everyone. 

Each shake contains a range of fruits, vegetables, super foods and proteins to make sure they are balanced and ready to help you take on the day. We’ve added the calories and macros to our menu to help you choose the perfect shake for you. (To keep it consistent our calories and macros are calculated using water as the liquid for  blending,  these will differ slightly if using milks or coconut water).

 

DIVA 
Cherries, Strawberry, Vanilla Whey, Banana, Acai
Kcal: 142  C: 48% (16.4g)  P: 41%  (13.5g)  F:10.8%% (1.6g)

A shake for…
1. An antioxidant boost after a workout 
2. Beating the 4pm slump 

BUDDHA 
Spinach, Banana, Pineapple, Spirulina, Flax, Vanilla Whey  
Kcal: 134  C : 43% (14g)   P: 40% (12g)   F: 17% (2.3g)

A shake for…
1. A midmorning pick me up or as a snack between meals 
2. Boosting your greens and omega 3 intake

ELIMINATE 
Spinach, Apple, Cucumber, Celery, Avocado, Ginger
Kcal: 83   C: 39% (7.4g)   P: 14 %  (2.6g)   F:47%  (3.8g)

A shake for…
1. When you’re avoiding sugar  
2. Healthy fats and  improved digestion

CHARGE
Chocolate Whey, Oats, Banana, Peanut Butter, Espresso, Maca 
Kcal: 336  C: 40% (33g)  P: 25% (20g)  F: 35%  (13g)

A shake for…
1. Breakfast or lunch
2. Before a big workout and a coffee fix 

 

2. HOW TO BUY 
Shake pouches will be available at FITISM Bakewell and FITISM Wilmslow very soon we’ve just got a few things left to tick off the list.

To make sure you have a plentiful supply of your favourite shakes all week we’ll be selling our pouches in packs of 7. Choose from a random selection variety pack or a single smoothie pack containing 7 of the same.

We will announce the final price and SHAKE launch date very soon… 

 

3. HOW TO SHAKE 
Once you’ve got your pouches simply store them in the freezer until required then follow the 4 step process to make the perfect shake 

STEP 1 - GRAB IT
Grab a pouch out of the freezer

STEP 2 - MILK IT
Add 200-250ml of liquid into a blender

STEP 3 - DROP IT
Add pouch contents into the blender

STEP 4 - SHAKE IT
Blend for 45 seconds and enjoy
