The FITISM Way is built on the idea that to change you body you must change your habits and to change your habits you must change the way you think.

Here are the 3 steps that make up The FITISM Way helping you live your life in the body you want:

Answer questions honestly on our FITMIND Assessment to quantify where your head is at. We use this information to create a FITISM Plan to make clear what you want to achieve in the next 90 days.

Step 2: Create new habits 
We choose the right activity, nutrition and lifestyle schedule (Your FITISM Schedule) to achieve your goals, tailored to your mindset and budget. Your personalised schedule is built around FITISM’s 5 Primal Needs; feed, move, drink, sleep, rest.

Step 3: Review
Together with your FITISM Trainer we review and refine your activity, nutrition and lifestyle schedule (Your 
FITISM Schedule) every 30 days. At 90 days we return to Step 1…
